Matters needing attention 

1, using the environment should be dry, normal high speed motorized spindle surface should be kept clean. 

2, the operator must have the skilled operation skill and the correct specification of operation. 

3, when high speed motorized spindle is used to pass a low-speed rotation preheating, through the low speed rotation using grease fiber direction along the bearing running order, this can reduce fever and make full lubrication of the bearing. Instead, there is no sufficient lubrication, ball sliding inside the raceway, is not very good lubrication, easy to damage the bearing, which resulted in increased noise. 

4, high speed motorized spindle must ensure adequate cooling. Water cooling method of motorized spindle, the water temperature more than 45 ℃ should be in the water, when the high-speed motorized spindle at high temperature for a long time, when you are working in a oil will accelerate the failure, eventually rotating noise increase, jitter, high-speed bearing damage and failure such as motor coil burned to death. 

5, use the wear of cutting tool in machining, tool wear after continue to use, when the feed will be much on the high speed bearing axial force and radial force, speed up the bearing wear, which resulted in increased rotational noise, working long hours can make the spindle motor produces axial clearance. 

Knife at 6, because of the fine processing of precision demand is higher, the spindle motor rotor end is using a fine thread, as a result, the knife method is correct or not directly affect the precision dressing dao and spindle motor life. If not in the correct knife method card cutter, especially on the use of brute force knife, will directly cause the spindle motor rotor and pressure cap screw thread stuck and direct pressure cap. 

In 7, the use of collet cannot be brought down by the pressure cap based on cone double coverlet card in the motor rotor, usually due to pressure cap has been wear and tear, should be timely change the pressure cap. 

8, should be clear in time pressure cap, collet and rotor end processing scraps, these scraps will not only cut the rotor cone hole and the rotor scrap tool loading card precision, and can make the pressure cap and rotor thread on the wear and tear, eventually lead to the rotor thread mill, pressure cap won't lock, screw is not tight, cannot use. 

9, when turning overworked, in order to ensure the small tool cutting must be linear velocity, spindle motor design in full consideration of the characteristics of the guaranteed speed, rigid structure of the spindle motor is limited, not reasonable processing parameters, will use the spindle motor bearing more than design ability, shorten the motor life. 

10, due to the high speed rotating, motorized spindle must exist a certain gap between rotor and the bottom. The cutting fluid used, should try to avoid go on pressure cap and spindle motor rotor, the high-speed rotating state, stranded in the cutting fluid on the motor rotor will be along the motor rotor to a high-speed bearing, damaged bearing lubrication conditions, thereby significantly low in addition to the service life of high-speed bearing. 

11, as the high-speed motorized spindle of grinding wheel diameter should be paid attention to the size of the work to ensure that the grinding wheel linear velocity does not exceed the grinding wheel line speed, otherwise easy to happen accident.
